What Really is Bodybuilding?

So many people are confused about what bodybuilding is and how is has either positively or negatively influence your workout and health. First off, you have to understand that bodybuilding is not a training program… it’s a sport. There is a lot that goes into it and not all of it health, but it’s a sport.

If you want to get in shape and be healthy and lose inches of body fat then you should not follow a bodybuilding routine. You don’t need to and the way a lot of bodybuilders train actually makes their joints slow and week. Weight training for women for you is going to mean total body workouts that are multi joint.
