Choosing The Right Bottle For Your Baby

It’s really hard to know which bottles to buy for your new born baby. There are so many available and it’s difficult to know which baby bottle to buy.

We were fortunate enough to have a baby who didn’t suffer from colic. We used anti-colic bottles when he was very young and I do believe they helped. The Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles have a teat which is supposed to replicate the shape of the mother’s nipple, making suction easier for the baby. We certainly found this to be the case and have stuck with Tommee Tippee bottles.

We went for the bottles with a venting tube which has a heat sensor to it, so you know that you will not give your baby milk that is too hot. The venting tube also prevents bubbles, so that your baby will only swallow milk and not bubbles. You can find some great deals on Tommee Tippee bottles online.

The bottles are now BPA free, which has not been banned in the UK but has in the US, so we may follow. The bottles are easy to clean and sterilise.
